surveyDescriptionThe road therein specified is hereby discontinued. We the undersigned selectmen have laid a pent winter road in place of the aforsaid discontinued road the course and distance of which shall be the same as the disc road and to occupy the same ground in length and bredth to be open as a pent winter road at anytime forth from this date when there is suffciant snow in said pent winter road for good sledding. Shall be gated by B. Bailey's and kept in repair by Wm. Allen & heirs and ____, free of expence to said town of Hartland
